Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders placed on our website via premium commercial shipping companies (DHL, Fedex or UPS) to ensure all packages are delivered by the 2nd or 3rd day ofter leaving our facility. A tracking number is supplied immediately after the dispatch of the merchandise. This is also when your credit card is charged ie, your card is charged if and only if your order is dispatched from our facilities.

Europe 3-7 business days (3-5 days)
USA, Canada, South America 3-7 business days (3-5 days)
Asia, Africa, Australia, Middle East & Rest of the World 3-10 business days (3-12 days)

Please note that these are only estimates and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Privacy & Security

Information sharing policy: We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone for their promotional use without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information, and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

If you choose to join our mailing list during the registration or get subscribed to our newsletter, occasionaly you may receive notifications of  the site updates and some accouncements. If not, you will only be notified item shipping updates (Pending/Processing/Shipped.)

Security: None of your financial information are available to us or any third parties. Neither us or any other third party have access to your your sensitive credit card details or your financial information as these are directly transferred to our bank's real time billing server via SSL which guarantees that no one can intercept the transmission. Your credit card details are 128 byte encrypted during the process. You will see the closed padlock on your browser.

Returns & Exchanges
Return guidelines:
  • - Any merchandise to be returned/exchanged should be returned 14 days of the date of purchase.
  • - There is no restocking fee for defective product returned in exchange for the exact same product.
  • - For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories.
  • Items can be exchanged only for the same item, except for the size. A refund will be provided if the size requested is not in stock.
How the process works: You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. For merchandise purchased with a gift card as the sole payment method, we will refund the balance due to you back to a new gift card unless the balance is less than $5 or prohibited by law. Allow 14 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned product for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for products returned with any missing items, such as manuals and accessories. For products that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for your original shipping expenses.
